Up to two pets OK considered on a case by case basis. Additional rent and deposit. Must be adult, fixed, friendly and vaccinated. We use petscreening.com to help evaluate.
All appliances included. Washer and dryer to be maintained by the tenant. This home has a well and septic system at no charge. Tenant to pay for electric, propane and Starlink Internet (reimbursement to owner, currently $130). There is a $2/mo tech fee.
Application fee is $50 per adult. $400 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee at move out.
Blue Sage offers optional Resident Benefit Packages, which include renter's insurance, ID protection, rent reporting to credit bureau, pest control, and other items of interest. There would be associated fees.
