Blue Sage Property Management provides turn-key property management. Our commitment to service, experience with repairs, plus our extensive landlord-tenant law knowledge, makes us the preferred choice for property management in Clallam County.

Located in Sequim, we also serve greater Clallam County and the City of Port Angeles with a full range of property management services. Our offerings include residential management, furnished rentals, vacation rentals, and sales.

We specialize in managing single-family homes in good to great condition, with a pet policy that is determined at the owner's discretion. Our tenants appreciate our responsiveness to work order requests and the convenience of our Appfolio online portal.

BRIGADOON VACATION RENTALS

Our vacation rental division goes by its historical name. Brigadoon has been providing vacation homes for over a decade in the Sequim area. It was purchased by us in 2020. We are taking it to the next level with superior amenities, cleanliness and service. Additionally, we can switch a rental from short term to long term with ease, which is helpful for the low season.
