There is room in the garage for a bicycle and/or one car. If you have a 2nd car, it can be parked in front of the house. The property is shared with the unit above the garage, which also shares the garage for storage or bikes.

A cat OK on approval. We use petscreening.com to evaluate. Additional refundable deposit. Must be adult & fixed. Pet application required. Pet fee would be $25/month per pet, and refundable deposit would be $250 per pet.

Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
