The apartment has LVP flooring in the living and dining area. Updated kitchen appliances. It is both furnished and decorated to feel like home. The back has a shared patio and walk through to the shared garage. One bay is reserved for the front unit.

Yard care is included in the rent. Owner pays for for water, sewer, electricity and garbage. You pay for Internet, if you want it. Pets possible on a case by case basis with additional deposit and rent, $25-50 per pet.

One month's rent, one month security deposit and a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee are required for move in. This cleaning is for washing linens and sanitizing. Renters insurance is required; we offer it at $11.95/mo but you can use your own.

We are looking for responsible tenants with excellent credit, good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
