This is the back unit, with a private entrance. Partially furnished, we can store furniture that you don't want. Shorter terms are fine.

Updated kitchen appliances. It is partially furnished to feel like home. Really, all it needs is a sofa in the living room. The apartment has a shared patio with the front, and walk through to the shared garage. One bay is reserved for the back unit.

Yard care is included in the rent. Owner is pays for for water, sewer, electricity and garbage. You would just need (or want) Internet. Pets possible on a case by case basis with additional deposit and rent, $25-50 per pet.

One month's rent, one month security deposit and a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee are required for move in. This cleaning is for washing linens and sanitizing. Renters insurance is required; we offer it at $11.95/mo but you can use your own.

We are looking for responsible tenants with excellent credit, good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
