Main bedroom: Queen bed on the main floor
Loft: Two twin beds (low ceiling—about 4.5 ft—ideal for kids but perfectly workable for adults who don’t mind ducking)
Bathroom: 1 full bath
Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking all your meals
Dining: Small table with seating for 4
Living room: Smart TV with WiFi streaming (no cable/satellite)
The main level is 425 sq ft, with the loft adding an additional 200 sq ft.
Outdoor Living
- A small deck
- Outdoor dining area
- Propane BBQ
- A peaceful setting perfect for stargazing

Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). We are looking for people with a short term reason to stay, verifiable employment (or retired), gross income of 3x rent or pay in advance, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
