There is an extra rec room on the lower level that comes with a new pool table and wood stove. The 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, 1/2 bathroom and huge laundry room with washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. There are two small bonus beds for small children. The smaller bed is good for approximately ages 4 and under. The bunk bed downstairs is a little bigger.
Utilities, including Internet, will be charged back. No need to put it in your name!
This is a great retreat for small families or guests looking for a place to call "home" for a bit longer stay. Blazing fast Internet for working or schooling from home.
Application fee is $50 per adult. $112 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $12-20 per month. We require first, last and one month's deposit to move in. $1000 deposit represents refundable security and prepaid cleaning fee.
