Clallam County Code Enforcement

This month we have been dealing with a Tiny Home issue. The County is trying with all its bureaucratic might to shut it down.

The problem? This home does not have an L&I sticker. We have previously been told that the county would not do a retroactive inspection, which is necessary to get the sticker. Neither will they wait for lease to end. Nor will they send a letter stating that it's uninhabitable Nevertheless, they want it vacated NOW.

They are displacing a disabled single mother who's gainfully employed, paying rent and keeping it clean.

The picture to the left is NOT the Tiny Home, but one of hundreds of problems that the county should look into first. I support 4PA; they actually do what the county ought to be doing.
